Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 c. celery, minced
    1 c. green pepper, minced
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 1/3 c. vinegar
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and rinse sauerkraut; add celery, onion and green pepper.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetable mixture.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
