Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except pecans and heat until smooth.
Then mix pecans and mix well.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
