King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or fryer parts to equal whole chicken
    3 blades celery
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup (you may substitute 3 c. broth that you cooked chicken in)
    3/4 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    3 flour tortillas
    1/4 c. grated sharp or other cheese
Preparation
    Cook fryer in boiling water; take meat off bone and add celery, onion, a little butter, garlic, soups, 3 cups of broth from chicken, Ro-Tel tomatoes and tortillas.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Put in baking dish a layer of meat and a layer of tortilla strips.
    Pour over the the liquids and mix with sauteed celery, onion and tomatoes (garlic optional).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
