5-Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef
    1 (8 to 10 oz.) can tomatoes
    6 carrots, cut in strips
    3 or 4 onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in large roaster.
    Stir and cover.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
