Elegant Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped celery or green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; stir in eggs, milk and butter, mixing well.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley and pepper rings.
