Strawberry Spinach Salad With Strawberry-Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch fresh spinach, washed and torn
    1 (1 pt.) basket fresh strawberries
    2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 lb. bacon, crisply fried and drained
    croutons
Preparation
    Arrange spinach leaves on salad plates.
    Wash strawberries; set aside to dry.
    Peel eggs and separate whites from yolks.
    Chop whites and sprinkle over spinach, distributing equally between plates.
    Crush yolks with a fork or your hand; sprinkle over spinach and egg whites.
    Reserve 1 strawberry per salad plate for garnish.
    Stem, hull and slice remaining strawberries over spinach and egg.
    Crumble bacon on top of salads.
    Garnish with croutons and a whole strawberry.
    Drizzle with Strawberry-Poppy Seed Dressing (recipe to follow).
    Serve immediately.
