Chili Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 (1 1/8 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
3 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 small, chopped tomato
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Prepare muffin mix by package directions.
Spread batter evenly over greased 9-inch pan.
Bake 18 minutes until brown.
Prepare beef and taco seasoning; spoon over cornbread.
Sprinkle with about half of the cheese.
Arrange the tomatoes and remaining cheese on top of the pie.
