Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Trappey peas with jalapenos
1 bunch green onions (2/3 green part)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Boil and heat peas, then drain.
Add onions and stir.
Add the rest of ingredients and stir.
Serve warm or chilled.
