Glaze For Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. strawberries, washed and well drained
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. strawberry jello

Preparation

Bring to a boil: 1 cup water, sugar and salt.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and remaining
water.
Stir into water/sugar mixture and cook until clear.
At once, remove from heat and add Jell-O powder and then lemon juice.
Cool.
