Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pounds small red potatoes
    3 green onions, chopped
    2 hard boiled eggs
    3 Tablespoons parsley flakes
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and eggs together.
    Take eggs out when hard boiled.
    Completely cool down potatoes and dice into bowl.
    Peel eggs and chop.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Chill.
