Bombay Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    4 oz. water chestnuts
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 lb. seedless green grapes
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
    Mix together chicken, water chestnuts and celery.
    Blend together yogurt, mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice.
    Pour over chicken mixture. Stir in grapes.
    Chill several hours.
    Serves 4 to 6.
