Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken breasts (4-6)
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1 sleeve of Ritz type crackers
1-2 Tbsp. Poppy seeds
Preparation

Cook and debone chicken breasts.
Cut in chunks and mix with sour cream and soup.
Put in baking dish.
Crush the crackers and mix with the Poppy seeds.
Put cracker mixture on top of chicken mix in pan, and drizzle with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until thoroughly warm.
