Italian Breaded Fillet Of Sole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sole fillets, 1/2 inch thick, skinned
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 tsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Lightly score fillets on skinned side.
    Place fillets around outside of a 9 or 12-inch round microwave-safe dish.
