Company Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    2 small onions
    8 slices ham
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, juice, onion and spices; mix together.
    Spread hamburger mixture on top of a sheet of tinfoil; pat into a rectangle.
    Place ham slices on meat mixture, then top with a second layer of Mozzarella cheese.
    Use tinfoil to roll the meat loaf into a log.
    Place in bread loaf pan and bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
