Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. rolled oats
    2 c. rolled wheat
    2 c. nuts
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    1 c. coconut
    3/4 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. wheat germ
    1 c. sesame seed (optional)
    1 c. light oil
    1 c. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Combine oil, honey and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Mixture will froth up.
    Remove from heat.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Spread on 2 cookie sheets and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Allow to cool.
    Store airtight.
