Manicotti(Stuffed Shells) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. jumbo shells
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Boil jumbo shells 6 minutes and test.
    Do not overcook. Drain.
    Mix Ricotta, grated Mozzarella cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper together for filling.
    Put spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Fill each shell 1/2 to 3/4 full with cheese mixture and put in pan.
    Top with sauce and more grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes, covered with foil.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
