Yogurt With Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yogurt
    2 oranges, peeled and chopped
    1 banana, sliced
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Take the seeds from the head and let them dry.
    Them make a brine of 1 1/2 cups salt to 2 quarts of water.
    Let them soak for 3 days.
    Drain and put them on a cookie sheet in 300\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 until they are dry.
    Stir seeds every 10 minutes, until they are done.
    They are done when they crack when opened, which will be 45 to 60 minutes, depending on how many you have on the cookie sheet.
