Walnut And Basil Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 oz. Brie cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2/3 c. toasted, chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. finely chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes, drained
    1/2 c. minced, fresh basil
Preparation
    Combine cheese and sour cream in a bowl; stir well.
    Stir in walnuts and remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into tomato shells, if desired.
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
    Serve at room temperature with French bread.
    Yield: 3 cups.
