Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3 lb. frying chicken pieces, washed and patted dry
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine Parmesan cheese, corn flakes, salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
    In a second dish, beat egg until foamy.
    Stir in milk; dip chicken pieces in egg mixture.
    Coat evenly with Parmesan cheese-crumb mixture.
    Place chicken, skin side up, in a single layer in a well-greased or foil lined baking pan.
    Drizzle with melted butter or margarine.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until tender. (No need to cover or turn chicken while baking.)
    Makes 6 servings.
