Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
1 2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a bowl. Put egg yolks, milk and butter into blender. Cover and run until blended. Mix with dry ingredients. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in last.
