Bird'S Nest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. crushed pineapple
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in center; pour remaining ingredients (combined) into well.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still warm.
