Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
4 slices bread, cubed
1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix the well beaten eggs, flour, sugar, pineapple and salt together, then pour in a buttered baking dish.
Melt the butter in a separate pan and put the cubes of bread in the melted butter. Be sure all cubes are well covered.
Place the cubes over pineapple mixture and bake in moderate oven at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until browned.
Serves 6.
