Ingredients

3 c. chicken stock
1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. cold water
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 scallions, chopped
Preparation

Bring chicken stock and bouillon to a boil.
Add cornstarch with cold water.
Thicken until clear.
Add scallions and stir. Add eggs, stirring gently with fork.
