Catherine'S Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 small potatoes
    1 stalk celery
    2 small onions
    1 (No. 1) can kidney beans
    1 green pepper
    3 carrots
    1 c. rice
    1 (No. 1) can tomato soup
    1 small can tomatoes
Preparation
    Spray crock-pot with Pam.
    Slice potatoes thin; chop onions, green pepper and celery medium.
    Rinse rice in hot water.
    Arrange ingredients in cooker in 2 series of layers, starting with meat (raw), top with tomatoes, season to taste, potatoes, celery, onions, carrots, rice, kidney beans and top with tomato soup.
