Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. soup stock (chicken or pork)
    2 tsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. green onion or fresh spinach, chopped
Preparation
    Bring soup stock to a boil.
    Stir in cornstarch mixture and continue stirring until slightly thickened.
    As you stir thickened stock, slowly pour in egg mixture.
    Add soy sauce and sesame oil, then add green onion or spinach.
    Serve immediately.
