Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
    2 stalks green onion, chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 loaves large round dark brown rye or pumpernickel bread
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together.
    Hollow out one loaf of bread so that there is a hollow \"bowl\" in the middle of the loaf. The sides and bottom of the loaf should be about 2-inches thick. Place dip in the center of the hollowed-out loaf.
    Tear the bread that was removed from the middle, plus the 2nd loaf into bite size pieces.
    Use these pieces as \"dipsters.\"
