Sweet And Sour Red Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size red cabbage
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 pinch ground cloves
Preparation
    Shred red cabbage and boil in small amount of water (enough to cover bottom of saucepan) for about 10 minutes.
    Mix flour with vinegar; add brown sugar, salt, pepper and cloves.
    Add this mixture to the cooked cabbage and simmer for 2 minutes.
    Bacon grease or ham grease mixed with the cabbage gives it a delicious flavor.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
