Caramel Brownie Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. brownie mix
1 egg
1 Tbsp. cold water
1 (14 oz.) bag Kraft caramels
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
chocolate topping
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together brownie mix, 1 egg and water until well blended.
Spread into a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Bake 25 minutes.
Melt caramels in a pan with milk over low heat, stirring frequently.
Pour caramel topping over brownie crust.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well blended.
Add 2 eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
Pour over caramel mixture.
Bake 40 minutes; cool.
