Crab Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab (good quality)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 onion, chopped fine
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine and water.
    Heat soup (do not boil).
    Add the rest of the ingredients except mayonnaise.
    Heat and remove from stove; fold in mayonnaise.
    Pour into a 1-quart mold.
    Chill overnight.
    (It's wonderful.)
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serve with crackers.
