Cashew Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cream chicken soup
    3 c. cooked rice (instant)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 large onion
    1 to 2 stalks celery
    1/2 green pepper
    chow mein noodles
    cashews
Preparation
    Cook and debone chicken, saving 2 cups broth.
    In a large pan, saute together onion, celery, green pepper.
    Add chicken, broth, soup, rice and soy sauce.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and cashews just before serving.
