Baked Barley And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium size carrot, sliced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. quick cooking barley
    2 Tbsp. oleo, cut up
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole, mix all ingredients. Cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed.
    Stir occasionally.
