Lucas' Potato Soup(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. distilled water
    6 potatoes (medium size)
    1 c. semolina pasta veggie spirals
    1 c. soy milk (dry)
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    1 whole stick celery
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes, then place in the distilled water and boil until approximately over half done (approximately 10 minutes). Now cut and dice celery to a fine texture and add to water and potatoes.
    At the same time, add semolina pasta and veggie spirals. Boil until celery is tender.
    At this time, the semolina pasta and veggie spirals will be done.
    Take off stove and add soy milk, sea salt and some parsley, if desired.
