Decadent Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels, divided
1/2 c. apricot brandy
1/2 c. apricot preserves
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to directions.
Stir in 1 cup chocolate morsels.
Pour into two greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
Remove layers and let cool.
Brush brandy over layers.
Spread preserves between cake layers.
Melt remaining morsels, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; gradually stir in sour cream, blending well. Spread frosting on cake.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Cover and chill.
