Microwave Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 cans kidney beans
    2 cans tomatoes
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef
    in
    microwave safe colander, place in microwave safe bowl, stir in onions.
    Cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes until no longer pink.
    Discard drippings.
    Pour into 2 1/2-quart Pyrex casserole
    dish
    and
    mix remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave on Roast for 15 to 20 minutes.\tLet stand 5 minutes before serving.
