Meat And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 potatoes, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 to 2 cans tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a greased 2-quart casserole, pouring tomatoes over top.
    Bake covered in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
