Egg Salad Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 slices bread
Preparation
    Peel eggs and chop.
    Place in mixing bowl.
    Add chopped celery and onion.
    Add mayonnaise and salt.
    Mix well.
    Divide egg mixture between 4 slices of bread and spread with table knife. Top with remaining 4 slices of bread.
    Makes 4 sandwiches. Refrigerate any leftovers.
