Tuna Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can tuna, in water
    2 Tbsp. (more or less to taste, more is better) liquid smoke
    1 small onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small pkg. pecans
Preparation
    Drain tuna.
    Hand mix with chopped onion, cream cheese and liquid smoke.
    Form into a ball and roll it in crushed pecans. Great on crackers.
    Try with salmon, too.
