Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 slices cheese, grated
    4 slices cheese
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes and refrigerate overnight.
    Peel and grate. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese slices, and mix.
    Spoon into casserole dish with
    a lid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Place cheese slices on top.
    Replace lid and cheese will melt.
