Ingredients

1/2 c. blender-made mayonnaise
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
3 to 4 drops red food color
1 c. whipped cream or dessert topping
8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. canned whole cranberry sauce
Preparation

Mix in blender at medium speed the first four ingredients and syrup from pineapple 30 seconds or until smooth.
Turn into bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix carefully.
Spoon into aluminum foil lined 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 5/8-inch loaf pan.
Freeze.
Unmold, slice and serve on lettuce leaves.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups or 6 servings.
