Blue Cheese Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. butter (room temperature)
4 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl using an electric mixer or food processor.
Store well covered in refrigerator.
May also be frozen.
Tastes great on burgers.
