Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in serving size
    1/4 to 1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes in juice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Pound meat with mallet to 1/4 or 1/2-inch thick.
    Put flour, salt and pepper in bag.
    Place meat in bag and shake to coat. Place meat in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Combine tomatoes, onion and parsley flakes.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover tightly.
    Microwave at 50% for 25 minutes.
    Turn meat over; microwave 25 to 35 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Serve.
