1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 bar German chocolate, shaved
2/3 c. oil
1 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
4 eggs

Preparation

If you freeze chocolate chips first, they will hold shape better.
