Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope active dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. boiling water
    1 egg, well beaten
    3 1/2 c. presifted flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Cover and let stand.
    In mixing bowl, combine salt, sugar, shortening and boiling water.
    Cool to warm.
    Stir in yeast, egg and flour.
    Beat well.
    Refrigerate until ready to use (2 hours or more).
    About 1 1/2 hours before baking, grease baking sheet.
    Roll out dough on lightly floured board.
    Shape into rolls.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Cover with towel and let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
