30 Minute Minestrone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1/2 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can Italian zucchini
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 can Great Northern beans
    8 oz. mushrooms
    1/2 lb. Italian dry salami, cut in narrow strips
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    8 oz. uncooked shell noodles
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain and set aside.
    Saute onions in oil. Reduce heat and add garlic, spinach and water.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Drain mixed vegetables and Great Northern beans.
