Rotel Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta
    1 can diced Ro-Tel
    1 lb. sausage, browned
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 medium onion, chopped
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. mushroom soup
Preparation
    In small pan, saute chopped onion in Ro-Tel juice.
    In larger pan, slowly melt Velveeta.
    Add soup and stir until smooth.
    Add Ro-Tel, sausage, beef and onion.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve in crock-pot with tortilla chips.
