Baked Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. Bisquick or pancake mix
shredded coconut
Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender until well blended.
Pour into 9-inch buttered pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Easy, quick and delicious!
