Back-Bay Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head chopped lettuce
    1 pkg. frozen peas (still frozen)
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (spread over top)
    1 layer chopped green olives
    1 lb. bacon, fried to a crisp and crumbled
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Use a large flat dish and layer (in order listed): lettuce, frozen peas, sliced onions and mayonnaise (spread over top). Cover and refrigerate overnight, then continue layering before serving: olives, bacon and tomatoes.
