Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, diced small
    2 stalks celery, diced small
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can chicken broth
    1 small jar pimentos
    parsley
    milk
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cover potatoes, onion and celery with water.
    Cook 10 minutes. Turn heat to simmer and add chicken broth, pimentos, parsley and milk to thickness as you want.
    Cook 20 minutes.
