Crab Omelette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 cube margarine
1/4 lb. sour cream
1 lb. cleaned crab
Preparation

Halve tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, butter and basil. Broil for 4 minutes. Remove and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Broil until browned.
Serve as a side dish with any meat.
