Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil for about 5 minutes.
    Add ground beef, salt, pepper and flour.
    Cook until red is gone from ground beef, about 10 minutes.
    Add soup and mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and remove from heat.
    Serve over egg noodles.
